The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Lone Star National Bank, is thrilled to present the Lemon U Workshop for all Lemonade Day participants. This engaging and informative event will take place on Thursday, June 6th, at 6 PM, at the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce office. 

What to Expect:
During this interactive workshop, experienced instructors will guide you through the essentials of business ownership. You will learn the four crucial steps to success:

1. Setting a Goal
2. Making a Plan
3. Working the Plan
4. Achieving Success

This workshop is designed to equip young entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills they need to run their own lemonade stands effectively and confidently.

Who Can Attend:
The workshop is free and open to all registered participants of Lemonade Day. This workshop is the perfect opportunity for your child to learn and grow.

Join the Brownsville Chamber of Commerce for the Build-a-Stand Workshop! 

Empower your child's entrepreneurial spirit at our hands-on Build-a-Stand Workshop! Under the expert guidance of an instructor from cdcb YouthBuild, students will learn how to construct their very own lemonade stands. Noble Builders is generously sponsoring the materials needed to build 25 stands, available on a first come, first serve basis.

Important Details:

• All students must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
• Guardians must sign a waiver and photo release form on the day of the event.
• Students must be actively registered on the Lemonade Day Brownsville website. The Brownsville Chamber will verify registrations prior to the event.
• Students are welcome to bring their own materials to build a stand. Contact the Brownsville Chamber for a comprehensive list of required materials.

The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with H-E-B and Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers invite you to a Best Tasting Lemonade Contest and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony as part of Lemonade Day Brownsville on Friday, June 21st, starting at 10:00 AM at Raising Cane's located at 3341 Boca Chica Blvd., Brownsville, Texas! 

About Lemonade Day:
Lemonade Day is a national community-wide educational program that teaches youth the entrepreneurial skills necessary to start, own, and operate their own business: a lemonade stand. The program's mission is to help today's youth become the business leaders, social advocates, community volunteers, and forward-thinking citizens of tomorrow... one lemonade stand at a time!

Lemonade Day Brownsville is happening on Saturday, June 22, 2024, throughout the city of Brownsville.

The Brownsville Chamber of Commerce and H-E-B will be hosting a Best Tasting Lemonade Contest in partnership with Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers on Friday, June 21st, starting at 10 AM! The contest will take place at Raising Cane's located on 3341 Boca Chica Blvd., Brownsville, Texas. 

Ten participants will have the opportunity to have their lemonade recipe judged by a panel of judges. Participation is on a first-come, first-serve basis. All participants must be accompanied by a guardian.

Participants must bring a quart of their lemonade recipe for the judges to taste. Participants must know the following:

• What is your lemonade recipe?
• What makes your lemonade special?
